Brass and iron materials are processed in our sanding and polishing workshop. Before the coating, the surfaces of the materials are made to be suitable for the coating by sanding and polishing.
Parts that are sanded and polished are 100% checked in the Quality Control Unit, and any visible faulty parts are separated.
The errors found are recorded with related reports. In line with the reports, repetition of errors is tried to be prevented with the corrective and preventive system approach.
